I went back again today to use my gift card in the drivethru. I was treated like second class both times. She said the card wouldn't work and it was my problem and then said goodbye. I had handed her first my completed survey for a free sandwich and then the $2.82 left gift card. They didn't take it yesterday so I called and confirmed it was working. They could have just took 2.82 off but no she argued with me. I insisted on buying my lunch without the gift card and she charged me full price and handed me back my completed survey. She chatted in front of me in spanish and I felt low when I drove off. The food was ok, barely warm burger and fries. Fries actually was not fresh tasting and had that old dry fake fries taste. The meat was little and the bread was big and so I threw it away. I took about 400 calories off of 1200 for the small combo. I can do better than this-are you kiddin me?

Each time I go it gets a little better.
There were 4 people waiting and 1 ahead of me to order.
My order this time was 2 Whopper juniors - 1 with mustard instead of mayo - to go. Simple - no fries, rings, dessert or drinks.
There were not as many employees in the kitchen as when they first opened - and everything was running smooth.
It took - 3 minutes and 37 seconds from the time I paid until I received my order. (their clock on the order board - not mine)
I thought that was good timing - someone that had ordered before me was still waiting but the others had recieved their orders.
When I got home - the order was filled correctly, was still hot and tasted very good.
So I consider this a successful visit.

I said in my first review, I would visit BK again - and I did.
I went into the dining room - there were not many people at tables eating and only 1 person in line in front of me and 2 cars in the drive thru.
My order was a cheeseburger and an order of fries - to go.
The experience was a little better than the first.
According to their clock on the order review board - not my clock, it took 4 minutes and 52 seconds to prepare and bag 1 cheeseburger and small fries.
Took it home and ate and it was very good - could the time have been a little faster with not much business - probably so - but I do like BK so I will visit again - - - -
and I will review again. I know they can get a 5 star one of these days. Good food - hot and fixed correctly in a clean restaurant in a timely manner can be done.

I went to the BK for the first time last night. I gave them a few days to get the routine down and also maybe not be so crowded. Went around 8:00pm. The drive thru line was long but only about 5 people in line to order inside.
The dining area is rather small inside - but is arranged for varying size parties to sit at the tables and was still very clean.
Order was taken right away - very simple order - 2 whopper junior - one with mustard instead of mayo and an order of fries - - -
20 minutes later we still did not have our food - and I was standing in the "waiting area" - waiting for our order.
After many short conversations with the person putting the orders together I had the order and went to the table.
2 of the 3 catsup dispensers were empty (I will attribute that to a large dinner crowd - - ?? )
The food was very good - but it did look like the burgers were just thrown together. The fries were HOT and CRISPY - very good.
While we were sitting there eating, 3 people came in the get orders from the drive thru corrected. (one while I was waiting at the counter)
So - I will give them another opportunity soon to see if the get a little more organized and effiecient in the kitchen.
