Whenever we have eaten at the Hibachi at Akita, we've had a great experience. The foot has been excellent (scallops and shrimp and beef cooked to perfection..not at all overcooked), and entertaining chef. I even have to say that at so many hibachi restaurants it seems that most of the vegetables are been sprouts. Not here. Great veggies and meet. Great sushi. Just...GREAT.
