First you'll need to register or log-in. Then navigate to the restaurant you want to review. For example, if you want to review Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, you go to restaurants, and then click on R to help narrow down your selection.  Once you've looked through the R's and found the restaurant, click on the name to open up their page.  Look toward the bottom of the page and you will see a button that says write review. Click on it, write your review, rate the eatery, and then click send. It's just that easy! You can also look for restaurants by cuisine, click on type (example: burgers), and follow the same steps accordingly. |

In simple terms . . . because it will benefit you! You'll be able to participate in polls, win Cedar Hill restaurant gift certificates, rate and review local restaurants, thereby helping new residents and visitors with their dining out choices!  And with the very little information we collect from you we will never ask for a dime or sell your information to anybody. So register today, and then find, eat, and review! |

From our Frequently Asked Questions page -- When reviewing a restaurant you should always be honest, avoiding direct insults. Don't go out to eat just to review a restaurant, instead go out and enjoy your time.  Later the pros and cons will pop right back into your head. Some suggestions: Is the place is clean?  Things like sticky tables and floors or dirty restrooms can indicate the nature of their cleaning or lack thereof. Is the wait staff friendly and efficient? Do you feel welcome when you enter? Grade the server separate from the food.  If service is bad but the food is great (or vice versa), then mention that in your review. What type of ambience does it have? What kinds of people come to this restaurant? Is it mostly families with young children? An older crowd? Singles? Sports fans? Pick a few of your favorite items on the menu and describe them. Think about portion size, presentation and plating, smell and taste.  Remember, your review will get your name put in the monthly drawing for a prize package! You might ask your waiter or chef what the most popular items are in the restaurant and give them a try. Â
Apply your impressions of that most recent dining experience to your review.  After your review is written, proof-read it. Once it's submitted, you cannot go back and change your review.   (If you've made an error and wish to change it, please e-mail us and we'll be glad to edit it for you.) We do read each review to make sure it is family-friendly and acceptable. CedarHillEats reserves the right to edit or even remove reviews for personal insults and profanity. Please do critique only the restaurant and not the review submitted before yours.  Your cooperation is appreciated! |

Once a day per restaurant.  We want you to share all of your experiences regarding each restaurant: good, bad, or otherwise.  It's the combination of all of our experiences that will inform our neighbors and Cedar Hill visitors as to which restaurants are good places to eat. |
